We managed to get ourselves off the boat and Laurie away from her studying of Portuguese – and take a walk… It took us nearly 2 hours by bus to get to the published walk – which took us about and hour and a quarter – then another hour and a half back on the bus. (We had to stop for a small car accident on the way there!)
A nice enjoyable walk – quite steep at times so my knee is feeling it. Unfortunately, I think I may have done something to it coming off Pico – I can see I’m going to have to start using a stick! 🙁
